The NDIS provides beneficial services, such as home adaptations, that can provide participants with comfort, accessibility, and confidence in their ability to live happily within their homes. NDIS house modifications are structural changes made to a participant’s home (such as the design or fixtures) to make it possible for them to enter and move around in their spaces securely.We work with contractors, trades people, property owners, landlords, and other significant stakeholders to ensure that house modifications are acceptable. We support a range of adaptations, from minor adjustments to significant modifications, such as upgraded toilets. All modifications undertaken have received NDIS approval.
